        As a Realtor for over 20 years, I, Lee Eder, am a graduate of Realtor Institute of Maryland. I am a licensed Real-estate Agent in both Maryland and Pennsylvania. Contrary to the popular perception of Realtors only qualified to "buy and sell' houses, I can also assist in various leasing and renting. Being an experienced agent I have witnessed both economic down falls and highs. During these varied economic circumstances, I have learned the different procedures necessary for the appropriate circumstance, such as dealing with foreclosures,short sales or pursuing several investment properties.

       I am an active member in our church parish including the organization The Knight of Columbus. This non-profit organization sponsor and supports an array of people and less fortunate communities. I have been elected to lead The Knights of Columbus as Grand Kinght for the year 2009-2010. Dealing with such a close knit, family-like community, I have learned to treat each individual as a family member.
